Its like a dream
just because we're older
doesn't mean they fade away

like the time I saw you at the window
in that white dress
and gossemer curtains
flowing in the breeze

along the Seine,
in reflection of Our Lady
in those narrow streets
between the cracks of roman roads

the towers they built before us
don't mean less because they
haven't fallen
thier Faith still stands,
and my dreams as well.

felt like this,
beyond Piccadilly and the Thames
beyond the Champs Elysees... (Shanshay Leesay)

sprinting across the French countryside
like hope with wings
bringing me back,
to somewhere I've never been.

"She falls down into this dirty mess.
They try... they try...
Don't go.
I'm still closer to you than these walls.
I'm still closer to me than you, but don't go."

Champions consider intense emotional experiences as being vital to a full life, although they can never quite shake the feeling that a part of themselves is split off, uninvolved in the experience. Thus, while they strive for emotional congruency, they often see themselves in some danger of losing touch with their real feelings, which Champions possess in a wide range and variety.
